Time: 1:00 pm Shotgun start
Picnic (following golf)
Cost: $50 for Golf and Picnic
$15 for Picnic only/guests

If you plan to golf, it is only necessary to return one golf registration per foursome. If you do not have a foursome, simply return the form with your name and phone number and we will match you with other players based on handicap.

NOTE: Shotgun start allows us to accommodate twenty-five foursomes. Please register early to reserve your spot. Registrations should be returned not later than May 25th.
